If you are wondering what you can do as a Warm up prior to start working on your UB program daily, here is Kate's recommendation on the matter:

You should do any of your mobility maps that tested at a #2 prior to working out.
If that was a massive list of ítems, then you can break them up, selecting upper or lower body mobility maps or your 3-5 most needed maps prior to starting workout.
If you have Access to the In-Office Refresh Protocol, you can also use it as a warm up!
